Legal
NOBL Sales LLC ("NOBL", "we", "us") is a limited liability company registered in the State of Utah, United States, with its principal place of business at 2679 W Lugano Way, St George, UT 84770-1427.
NOBL is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. If you have a question about anything here, write to support@noblsales.com.
This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it. It applies to:
We refer to all of these together as the "Services".
Most people using our Services are sales representatives, managers, and staff working with or for NOBL. If you are a customer who bought internet service from a NOBL representative, your service account is held by your internet service provider, and their privacy policy governs it. This policy covers only the information NOBL itself handles.
The NOBL mobile application collects location information because door to door sales work depends on knowing which addresses and territories have been covered.
Location collection is optional and you control it. The application asks before collecting location and asks separately before collecting it in the background. You can change or withdraw permission at any time in your device settings, under Settings then Privacy and Security then Location Services on iOS, or Settings then Location then App permissions on Android. Some features stop working when location is turned off, and the rest of the application continues to function.
We do not use location information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
We use the information described above to:
We share information only in the circumstances listed here.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising. We do not use your information to serve you targeted ads, and we do not provide it to data brokers.
If you allow notifications, we send messages about lead assignments, approvals, schedule changes, and account activity. Turn them off at any time in your device settings or in the notification settings inside the application. Turning them off does not affect the rest of the Services.
The website and platform use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, keep the service secure, and understand how the Services are used. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. Refusing cookies that are strictly necessary will prevent you from signing in.
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and then for as long as we are required to keep it by law.
When a retention period ends we delete the information or aggregate it so that it can no longer be linked to you.
We use encryption in transit, access controls tied to assigned role, authentication requirements, audit logging, and regular review of who has access to what. Access to customer and payroll records is restricted to personnel who need it for their work.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information we will notify you and any regulator as required by applicable law.
You can:
To make a request, email support@noblsales.com from the address associated with your account, or write to us at the postal address in section 01. We will acknowledge your request and respond within 45 days. If we need more time we will tell you why and how much longer we need, up to a further 45 days.
We may ask you to verify your identity before we act on a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To request deletion of your NOBL account and the personal information associated with it, email support@noblsales.com with the subject line "Account deletion". We will confirm the request, delete what we are able to delete, and tell you what we are required to retain and for how long.
Residents of California, Utah, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have the rights described in section 11, and in some cases additional rights.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, California residents may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the categories of sources, the business purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties it is disclosed to. That information is set out in sections 03 through 06 of this policy. California residents may also request deletion and correction, and may opt out of sale or sharing. NOBL does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross context behavioral advertising.
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will ask for proof of their authority and may ask you to confirm the request directly.
Utah residents have rights under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, and residents of other states have comparable rights under their own laws. Use the contact details in section 15 to exercise them.
If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the word "Appeal". We will review the appeal and respond in writing within 45 days.
The Services are built for people working in sales roles and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, email support@noblsales.com and we will delete it.
We update this policy when our practices change or when the law requires it. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. If we make a material change we will give notice inside the Services or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
